Teryl is THRILLED to announce that she will be part of the
Hagerstown Hometown Holiday Author Event this year. Joining a dozen
other Christian writers (one a Christy winner and another featured
on Oprah), she will be signing books for readers at the Virginia
Avenue Church of God, 17306 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland
from 1-4 pm on November 28th. Come out and do some
special Christmas shopping while meeting your favorite authors.
There will be several gift giveaways and book basket raffles—plus

Constance, the sequel/companion novel to

2010! While A Sensible Match was a humorous Regency romance
basically exploring “how to lose a guy in ten days,” Courting
Constance is an even funnier look at “how to win a guy in ten
days,” even when every plan goes unexpected awry.
Living

wonderful joy to share! I have another play accepted by
Contemporary Drama Service. It will be published soon and is based
on Da Vinci’s portrait of the Last Supper.
I’ve
also been blessed with the chance to send a Christmas play for kids
down to a little church in South Carolina. I was commissioned to
make it fit their needs. It is so humbling to know that my words
will touch lives of people I’ll never meet in this way too.

Book Signings
I
am still scheduling book talks and book signings for 2010. If you
would like me to speak to your reading club, women’s group, church
or library, please contact me as soon as possible. I will also
schedule an additional free hour long workshop on creativity
with your group if you purchase A Sensible Match through
Amazon, Barnes and Noble or your local bookstore before I visit.
Your help in pre-purchasing the book saves me time from selling and
saves space in my car’s trunk. I have developed an ORIGINAL
hands-on activity based curriculum on creativity that addresses
issues such as “How to Seed the Clouds before a Brainstorm” ,
“Creativity INSIDE the Box” and “Keeping the Well from Running
Dry”. While working over seven years for Group Publishing to make
up original crafts, games, skits and object lessons and now in
writing fiction, I have studied how to be systematically creative
instead of waiting for “Eureka!” moments. This workshop will help
enhance your creativity—and I can prove that EVERYONE is creative.
